Services
Nūr provides behavioral health services including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, Relationship Development Intervention (RDI) therapy, parent training, and related services. All services are provided by qualified, licensed, and/or certified professionals in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations.
Eligibility
Our services are available to families and individuals who meet clinical criteria for behavioral health services. A clinical assessment will be conducted prior to the initiation of therapy to determine eligibility and develop an individualized treatment plan.
Appointments and Cancellations
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or by contacting our office.
- We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a review of service continuation.
Insurance and Payment
- Nūr works with most major insurance providers. We will assist with benefits verification and prior authorization.
- Families are responsible for any copays, deductibles, or non-covered services.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
Consent and Participation
Parents or legal guardians must provide informed consent prior to the start of services. Active participation by families is a core component of our therapeutic approach, and we encourage ongoing collaboration throughout the treatment process.
Confidentiality
All client information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations and applicable state laws. Information will only be shared with your written consent or as required by law.

These messages are sent by NUR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH LLC d/b/a Nūr Behavioral Health.
- The messaging program consists of customer care and operational messages, including appointment reminders, care updates, scheduling updates, and customer service responses. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and care needs, with an estimated 2–6 messages per month per recipient. Message and data rates may apply.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Limitation of Liability
Nūr strives to provide the highest quality behavioral health services. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from therapy. Progress varies by individual and depends on many factors including consistency of attendance, family participation, and individual characteristics.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services at any time. Nūr reserves the right to discontinue services if continued treatment is not in the best interest of the client, if there are safety concerns, or if there is a pattern of non-compliance with the treatment plan.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
